Company History

  • 1932 Hamachi Store Co. Ltd. Is founded in Yahata City (now Kitakyushu)
  • 1937 Hamachi Seisakusho is founded in Yahata City (now Kitakyushu City) Commissioned retail of cutting tools, weighing and measuring instruments, and glass laboratory instruments commences.
  • 1939 Production of laboratory volumeters and glass measures commences
  • 1945 Factory evacuates to Setakamachi in Yamato District, Fukuoka (now Miyama City) due to World War II
  • 1946 License obtained from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry for the production of laboratory volumeters and glass measures
  • Climbing Co., Ltd.

    1960
    The company name is changed to Fuji Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
    1971
    An agreement is formed and contract manufacturing as a partner factory for Iwaki Glass Co., Ltd. commences.
